How Vegeteria was born.......
Partners Robyn and Jo travelled far and wide perfecting the art of Falafel 'Our dream was always to take vegetarian food to the people, to increase awareness and to bring a fresh approach to festival catering. Falafel is healthy food that can be eaten on the go, high in protein/iron/calcium and low in fat. Ours are made from organic chick peas, fresh herbs and lots of love'.
